The property is located on a working farm. Children must be supervised on site due to possible safety hazards. Only dogs allowed at the property. There are steps to the property. There is open water in the property grounds. Pets must be kept on a lead at all times. This renovated barn conversion is the perfect retreat for a couple wishing to spend time together and enjoy exploring the area.. 2 steps to entrance. All on the Ground Floor: Open plan living space. Living area: Freeview TV, DVD Player Dining area. Kitchen area: Electric Oven, Electric Hob, Microwave, Fridge/Freezer Bedroom: Kingsize (5ft) Bed Shower Room: Cubicle Shower, Heated Towel Rail, Toilet. Electric underfloor heating (GBP 10 per week/per short break, 1st September - 1st April, paid to owner), electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Travel cot, highchair and stairgate available on request. Welcome pack. Freezer, washing machine and tumble dryer (shared with other properties on-site). Courtyard garden with sitting-out area and garden furniture (shared with other properties on-site). 2 dogs welcome, to be kept on a lead at all times (sheep country.) Bike store (shared with other properties on-site). Private parking for 1 car. No smoking. Please note: There is a duck pond in the grounds.. Located in the horseshoe bend of the River Severn, Arlingham is surrounded by fantastic views of the Cotswold Hills and the Forest of Dean. Clay pigeon shooting on the farm can be arranged at weekends for either groups or individual shoots by prior arrangement with the owner.
