This property includes FREE Golf for 2 people and additional Leisure Facilities for 2 people at St Mellion International Resort Situated halfway between the Cornish villages of Pillaton and St Mellion, in 39 acres of woodland and bordering the famous international St Mellion Resort. 19 Oakridge is stone-built house built in a small community of 20 individually owned, detached homes. The lodge is built on a slope in an upside down style to take advantage of the fine views from the first floor.
