This well presented traditional terrace property is located in the heart of Cosby Village, in the South Leicestershire countryside. The property comprises of downstairs living room and kitchen diner, upstairs master bedroom, single room and family bathroom. There is parking to the front of the property, although you may have to give way to the ducks from time to time !!! Within immediate walking distance of the house is the local village pub 'The Bull's Head, a Butchers Shop, Cafes, Hairdressers, Indian & Chinese Restaurants, a Fish & Chips Shop, Off-License & Co-Op Convenience Store. This peaceful and idylic village is home to many countryside walkings paths and hosts lots of annual community inspired projects like the (now famous) Yarn Bomb and popular Victory Show. Located in South Leicestershire, he property has easy access to the M1, M69 and M6 motorways, and only a 3-4 minute drive to Narborough Train Station.
