The Oak Room Annexe is a unique and airy accommodation set over two floors, attached to the main farmhouse where the owners live but with its own private entrance, it is entirely independent.
Overlooking a large garden and tennis court, (welcome to use tennis court with prior agreement).
Enter via a black metal gate into into a double height hallway with adjoining, private wc/shower room with tiled floor with underfloor heating.
From the hallway, an oak staircase leads you up to the kitchenette and rustic open plan bedroom/sitting room with high ceilings, oak peg and beam construction.
The decoration is quintessentially English, with rustic-charm & a touch of eccentricity.
Kitchenette comprises of sink, toaster micro, fridge & coffee machine.
Glasses, mugs, plates, breakfast/soup bowls, and cutlery provided. Suitable for basic food preparing only.
Complimentary tea, coffee, milk await on day of your arrival.
Please note currently there is no dedicated outdoor space for guests to sit in.

Heathrow and Birmingham airports are 50 miles away via the nearby M40. Stratford and the Shakespeare theatres are 40 mins drive, and London 42 mins train journey away from Bicester's North or Bicester Village rail stations (to Maryelbone) or from Oxford (to Paddington).
There is also the Oxford Tube bus service which takes you from Oxford’s Gloucester Green into Nottinghill and onto Victoria.
