The living areas in this single-storey barn conversion consist of an open-plan kitchen, dining area and sitting area with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, Smart TV and double-sided woodburning stove. There are two double bedrooms with Smart TVs, and a bathroom. Outside there is a front patio with bench, an enclosed rear garden with lawn, patio and furniture, and off-road parking. Two well-behaved dogs welcomed. This is a smoke-free home. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. You'll find a shop in 4.1 miles, a pub in 2.8 miles, and Gormire Lake in 1.9 miles. For a rural break to North Yorkshire, book The Old Dairy. Note: There are steps to the exterior; please take care.
