Living area: Freeview TV, DVD Player, Woodburner Dining area. Kitchen area: Electric Cooker, Fridge Bedroom: (3 Steps), 2 x Single (3ft) Beds Bathroom: Bath With Shower Over, Toilet. Electric underfloor heating (GBP 15 per week/per short break, 1st September - 1st April, paid to owner), electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Initial logs for wood burner included. Freezer, washing machine and tumble dryer (shared with other properties on-site). Courtyard garden with sitting-out area and garden furniture (shared with other properties on-site). Bike store (shared with other properties on-site). Private parking for 2 cars. No smoking. Please note: There is a duck pond in the grounds.. These delightful holiday barn conversions (30813, 30814, 30815 , 30816, 30817, UKC4135, UKC4136 and UK44440) are situated on the owners’ working dairy farm in the picturesque location of Arlingham, Gloucestershire. Located in the horseshoe bend of the River Severn, Arlingham is surrounded by fantastic views of the Cotswold Hills and the Forest of Dean. Clay pigeon shooting on the farm can be arranged at weekends for either groups or individual shoots by prior arrangement with the owner. Within a lovely woodland walk you will find the local village inn, with home cooked food, real ales, fine wines and a warm country welcome. Also within walking distance is another award-winning inn, renowned for its fresh seafood. Several other pubs, restaurants and take-aways are only a short drive away. This wonderful area is an ideal base for circular riverside and country walks, and to explore the Severn Way. The river runs for 2 miles along the farm, with its own walks and perfect picnic spots.
