Fully refurbished for 2024 ! Gone is the small ensuite shower replaced by a beautiful ensuite with WC off the master bedroom and the addition of a family showerroom with full height shower GROUND FLOOR well equipped large kitchen diner with full size integrated fridge/freezer, oven and hob, microwave, nespresso machine and dishwasher. There is also a 44' colour TV with freeview channels and a blue tooth speaker. The large cottage style dining table with four chairs provides the perfect place to sit and enjoy the space FIRST FLOOR with family shower room/WC with modern metro tiling and bespoke vanity unit. Also on this floor is our beautiful spacious dual aspect lounge providing views down the street of the old village of North Sunderland (and you might even get a sunset) Comfortably furnished with two, two seater sofas and an armchair. There is a 44' tv with freeview channels, xbox and dvd player. A flame affect electric stove provides instant heat with a cosy ambience. SECOND FLOOR comprises the light and airy double bedroom, with black out blind to the velux window (and a distant sea view over the rooftops and fields), a full size wardrobe and bedside cabinets provide ample storage space. The king size bed and quality bed linen make this perfect for those zzzzzs after a busy day exploring in the sea air. Adjoining the master bedroom is a beautiful ensuite WC with hand built vanity unit Also on this floor is the cosy twin room with full size twin beds, chest of drawers and bedside cabinet. We provide everything you could need for a coastal holiday including buckets and spades, crab lines, camping chairs, picnic rug and picnic set. There is a well stocked toy chest and games, books and dvds for all ages The cottage is a quirky space described by previous guests as a "home from home" To the rear of the property is a sunny shared courtyard with an outside seat

North Sunderland is the original village dating back well over 200 years We are just a few minutes walk from the hustle and bustle of Seahouses but in a quiet location
