Grade II listed, 1760 Georgian Arkwright's Mill Cottage. "The Old Hat shop" - as it was in the Victorian era, is now a cute home that has 3 stories, original features, 2 outdoor spaces, 3 bedrooms, 1 dog bed & plenty of comforts including log burner, good coffee machine & roll top bath.
