This characterful retreat is an ideal space for exploring the countryside - hike, bike and discover farm fresh produce at the Planks Farm Shop 1.6 miles away or a lovely lunch or dinner at The Millstream village pub, also 1.6 miles away. Why not start or finish the day with your own private sauna or a work out in your own personal fully equipped gym. There is FREE ample parking in the side road, a minute’s walk from the property. The bedroom consists of a double bed with a firm memory foam mattress, 4 pillows and a down king size duvet, fully laundered and freshly ironed bed linen. There is a desk and a chair. Space to hang clothes and drawers. There is an en suite bathroom with a shower, toilet and sink. Large bath towels, a hand towel, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and a hairdryer. As this space does not come with a separate kitchen there is a kitchenette set up, in the gym, which houses a Ninja air fryer, microwave, toaster, kettle, small fridge and all the necessary kitchen utensils for you to use. There is tea, coffee and sugar. As you are in my mind here to relax and not wash up, so, there is a place to leave all of your washing up so you don’t even need to have to worry about that! I run my own laundry business so I will mostly be working and I will stay out of your way unless you need anything. I am married with 2 young adult children and I love dogs, cooking, walking, music and movies.
