This stunning and private former Grade 2 listed vicarage has a rich Cornish history and was designed by the eminent Cornish architect Silvanus Trevail in 1852 when it was agreed the parish could have a vicarge to serve the neighboring church. . It served the local community and the rocks that built it are hewn out of local granite and sandstone. Whilst modern beautiful bay windows and original shutters throughout help maintain a feeling of the original Victoriana. Stunning stone and architecture throughout lend to the atmosphere.
We lived for many years as expats through work and experienced much hospitality. We know a thing or two about what makes a good holiday home tick. It is our endeavour to ensure you have as fabulous and as wonderful a visit as possible in an already beautiful setting.
The Old Vicarage has the great fortune of being very private but also being extremely close to everything that Cornwall has to offer from stunning beaches to entertainment and restaurants whilst being close to the A30 too so that all attractions are only a short ride away and equidistant to Newquay airport and Truro Train Station. Absolutely perfect location.
