Set in the second oldest street of pendeen on the iconic coast of West Penwith, it’s a sleepy village that boasts exceptional access to the moors and sea.
It is a 200 year old tin miners cottage with lots of original features, although it has been updated and modernised it’s still in keeping to its original feel, for example the large inglenook fireplace and some bare stone walls.
It has three bedrooms, kitchen, utility room and living room and hallway, all repainted and refurnished this year.
I am an oil painter and I can offer you a studio tour if you would like one just ask me.
Friendly and with a local feel to it but also quiet and peaceful
