The fine print
The Garden Apartment has 1 parking space located at the rear of the property and can only accommodate small/medium vehicles due to the narrow space. Alternative parking is available at The Manor Car Park nearby for an extra charge.
Pets are allowed upon request at a cost of £10.00 per night per pet (max 2)
All guests must do a pre-check in with Charge Automation 14 days before the arrival date. This includes providing photo identification, credit card, authorising the security deposit and signing the rental contract. Once the pre-check in has been completed guests will receive the key safe code and property access details 24 hours before the check in date. Failure to complete the pre-check in could result in the reservation being cancelled.
Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
Guests will receive a rental agreement which must be signed and returned to the property prior to arrival. If guests do not receive the agreement on time, they should contact the property management company at the number on the booking confirmation.
A damage deposit of £200 is required. The property charges this days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
