This luxurious little gem of a duplex with south facing 20ft sundeck is literally a stone's throw from Great Western & Towan beach & less than a minute from the town centre; possibly the best location in Newquay! Stunningly located on the sunny face of a Victorian building in a cul-de-sac on the historic cliff-side ‘Rocks’ of Newquay Old Town. If looking for style & comfort, then this is it! Floor to ceiling all is chic: Each of you have your own luxury bathrooms & two Ultra4k TVs & mod cons

This amazing location is atop ‘The Rocks’, the prestigious historic cliff top centre of the old town of Newquay and yards from Island Crescent & Towan beach. Restaurants, bars and even an Aldi supermarket, are a minute or two walk away. See photos included here of The Boathouse, Miso Miso and The Grounded Coffee Co. All are within a short walk. Note you can cut across the bay when the tide is out to get to The Boathouse. 5 minutes walk away from the train and bus station. Marcus Hill has a huge outdoor council parking also 5 minutes walk away. An Aldi's supermarket has great access from the property with a drop down coastal path yards from the property itself. In case you miss it - the steps down are directly at the bridge 50 yards from the duplex.
