The Stable, a ground-floor semi-detached cottage, consists of an open-plan living space with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, dining seating for two people, and sitting area with Smart TV. There is a double bedroom with TV and en-suite shower room. Outside, there is a fully enclosed, dog proof, private garden, gas barbecue, and secluded patio sun trap. Off-road parking. Two well-behaved pets welcome. Smoking outside only. Travel cot and highchair available. Sandy beaches less than 2 miles. Pub, Co-Op and fish and chips less than 1 mile. Games field with table tennis/badminton/football etc in good weather. Horses and donkeys, dogs, chickens and a tortoise on site! You'll find a shop and pub in 0.5 miles and a beach in 1.6 miles WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen, and towels inc. in rent. The Stable is a romantic retreat for a Cornish coast adventure. Note: The owner lives adjacent. Note: Ground-floor with steps down.

Located inland between Penzance and Praa Sands, Rosudgeon is a small, semirural village set close to the coast of this charming corner of Cornwall. Situated one mile from the popular South West Coast Path, Rosudgeon is an ideal base for walkers, beach lovers, and those wishing to uncover the wealth of Cornwall's historic and artistic heritage.
