A high spec attention to detail 2 bedroom barn with private courtyard. A quiet location just 10 minutes walk from Widemouth Bay. Two bedroom, one shower en-suite, one bathroom en-suite; outside shower. Dogs very welcome. Log burner. Large smart TV. Off road parking for up to 2 cars.
Mill Barns Holiday Accommodation is a collection of barns in Widemouth Bay, Bude, owned and run by us - Gemma and Guy Watton. It has been a labour of love renovating these barns - not only the one we live in but the ones we let out. We have renovated and decorated the barns to a standard that we would live in - and we are fussy! This is so much more than a business - it is about using the derelict barns we owned to make a great place where you can stay and relax. We will leave you in peace during your stay but are here if you need us. We do hope you will come and stay to enjoy and appreciate the love, care and attention to detail that we have put in to making holiday accommodation that we are so very proud of. We are fully compliant with all necessary regulations, including fire safety and PAT testing. We have commercial insurance and public liability for your peace of mind. We are a member of PASC UK (The Professional Association of Self Caters UK).
Widemouth Bay is a fantastic village, near Bude, with stunning a beach. Widemouth Bay is lucky enough to still have a village shop There are a number of places to eat - just a 5-10 minute walk from the barn you will find The Widemouth Manor (dog friendly!). Widemouth Bay is very close to the A39 so it is easily accessible. It is only 10 minutes from the main town of Bude. Mill Barn(s) are very easy to access right off the main road going into Widemouth so there is no need to worry about narrow country lanes! Despite this we are very secluded and private - come and see for yourself!
