The Stables is run by Kenelm Hospitality Limited, owned by the Kenelm Youth Trust. We run two retreat centres based in Alton, Staffordshire aimed at providing children and young people with new experiences. Set close to the heart of the village of Alton and only a few minutes drive to Alton Towers this is an ideal base to explore what this area of Staffordshire has to offer.

Set in the pretty village of Alton, on the eastern slopes of the Churnet Valley. It is a sizable village with a rich history that includes Roman, Saxon, and Victorian influences. The Stables is within walking distance of all village amenities' and very close to two village pubs.
