Property information

This quirky double bedroom cottage is on Shaldon's coastline, ideal for swimming, sailing, rowing, paddling and rock pool exploring; you have a lot to benefit from its location, right in the heart of Shaldon! The property spreads over four floors and has two bathrooms. At ground level as you walk into the property there is the fully fitted kitchen which includes all modern appliances as well as a kitchen table and seating for four. On the first floor the lounge is a lovely cozy area with a sofa and tv, views of the village and Sea glimpses through the bay window. On the top floor there is a double bed in a beautiful vaulted bedroom. You also have an ensuite with a shower, sink and toilet. Guests have access to the whole flat and we encourage you to make yourselves as at home as possible. Small dogs are welcome ! The cottage is modern and tastefully decorated throughout, mixing old wooden floorboards with modern furnishings.

Neighbourhood information

The Strand has the most enviable position situated in the middle of the Beautiful Village of Shaldon. The beach is a one minute walk away and in the other direction the Village green is also a minutes walk. Explore Shaldon Beach, ideal for swimming, sailing, rowing, paddling and rock pool exploring, or the nearby Teignmouth Beach or Ness Cove beach, accessed via an original Smugglers tunnel.
