THIS ESTABLISHMENT IS ACCOMMODATION ONLY This lovely Tudor styled Guest House offering accommodation only is situated on Skegness’s north shore, just a two minute walk from the beach. It features a brightly furnished, fire-lit lounge and light, cosy rooms. All of the rooms at The Sunningdale feature a TV and private bathroom facilities, with toiletries. Guests can make use of tea/coffee-making facilities while some rooms also include lovely four-poster beds. Skegness’s centre, with its range of shops, amusements, and nightlife, is a 10-minute walk away. Limited free on-site parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis. When our parking spaces are not available there is plenty of unrestricted parking available on the adjacent streets. Car park spaces cannot be reserved.

Check-in is strictly from 13:00 until 20:00. Late check-in after 20:00 is not possible.
100 percent of the first night will be charged on the day of booking and is Non Refundable. The remaining balance will be charged to the card provided on the day on arrival.
The management reserve the right to refuse entry to any person/persons considered of detriment to other hotel guests or to the hotel premises.
