Owned by Mr Geoff Brown and Mrs Joyce Brown and mananged by their Daughter Susan who has worked in the hospitality business for over 30 years. There are 9 propeties in the porfolio at Towerview currently 4 are holiday lets and 5 are long term rentals. One to one personal attention is given to guests making sure they have an enjoyable stay.

The properties were once stable and coach houses that belonged to The Kinfauns Castle, G and J Brown Farms bought theses B listed buildings and totaly renovated them into holiday homes and long term Rerntal properties. Guests love the charater of the houses and the beauty of the Tranquil location.

The Towerview Coach houses are set in a quiet Tranquil location within the beauty of the Kinnoull woodlands situated 2 miles from the centre of Perth, There are 9 properties, 4 Which are holiday homes which have all been renovated to a high standard with thought given to our guests luxury, The charity Kinfauns RDA riding stables are next to the houses, guests can book pony rides for the kids, depending on availability, this has to be booked directly with the stables.. The area is brilliant for the dogs and lovers of the countryside with scenic walks right from the doorstep of the properties, The famous Victoria Folly is a must see to take in the breath taking views over Perth Tay Valley. Perth has a lot to offer with its shops, restaurants, Perth Concert Hall, Perth Theatre, Historic sites like Scone Palace where the scottish kings and Queens used to be crowned.
