We look forward to greeting all our guests and aim to make you feel as comfortable as you would at home. We hope to provide everything you need to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. We will be delighted to help you find out any information you need about the local area and beyond.

Property information

All of our large, bright, modern rooms have their own en suites with toilet, sink and shower. The beds are so comfortable you may not want to leave. A kettle and hairdryer are provided in each room. Free parking is available in the front yard of the house and Wi-Fi is free throughout the house.

Neighbourhood information

Portglenone is the perfect base for exploring the North Coast. We are only 15 minutes away from Ballymena, 40 minutes from Belfast and 30 mins away from the stunning Antrim Coast, where you can explore the famous Giant's Causeway and take a trip over Carrick-a-Rede rope bridge if you are brave enough. For Game of Thrones fans there a number of filming locations not far from us. For literature lovers, Seamus Heaney Homeplace, which celebrates the life and work of the late poet and Nobel Laureate, is only 10 minutes away in the village of Bellaghy. On our doorstep we have the ancient woodland of Portglenone Forest, which the River Bann flows through; ideal for nature lovers! There are stunning walkways, fishing and water sports available on the river. Our Lady of Bethlehem Abbey is only across the road, offering a tea room and local crafts, such as Irish linen. Portglenone village is on the banks of the River Bann and has a number of amenities. There are a number of shops, cafes, bars, a bakery, beauty salons and a small supermarket so all of your needs are catered for. Be sure to try the Wild Duck Restaurant on the edge of the river where you can enjoy fresh local food
