The Waverley consists of a kitchen/diner with oven, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, and dining seating for six people, and a sitting room with TV. The bedrooms consist of two king-size beds and a bunk bed, serviced by a bathroom and cloakroom. You'll find a shop and river in 0.5 miles, and a pub, beach, and lake in 0.3 miles. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen, and towels are included in the rent. Outside, there is an enclosed garden with patio, lawn, barbecue, and furniture, and private driveway parking for one car with roadside parking available on a first-come, first-served basis. Two well-behaved dogs are welcome. Sorry, no smoking. A stay at The Waverley promises to be one to remember. Note: Steps throughout the property - please take care. Note: Dogs to be kept downstairs and off furniture. Note: Good housekeeping bond required.

Southwold is a seaside town situated along the East Suffolk coast within an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and resting between Lowestoft and Ipswich. Southwold is known as the home of Adnams Brewery which was established in the town in 1872 and it also has its own lighthouse, a museum and a picturesque pier which has a selection of colourful beach huts and which plays host to the regular Southwold Model Yacht regatta. The town boasts a number of excellent restaurants and eateries with a particular nod to its seaside location so there is always plenty of seafood and fish on the menu. Southwold has some fantastic independent shops, boutiques, galleries and pubs which are great for a browse and to stock up on essentials for your holiday. Just outside Southwold there are a number of great attractions for the whole family including Africa Alive Zoological Reserve, RSPB Minsmere and Dunwich Museum as well as scenic towns such as Aldeburgh, Thorpeness, Leiston and Lowestoft to visit.
