The White Horse Inn has 8 beautifully appointed rooms, awarded AA 4 Star Gold, all refurbished to a high standard. We are well positioned in the Wiltshire countryside, just a few miles from the Avebury stone circle, Marlborough, Chippenham and a short drive from Bath.
The accommodation is separate to the main pub and restaurant across a small patio area. It overlooks the delightful pub gardens and small paddock which is home to the resident flocks of pet geese and sheep, together with the two pot bellied pigs. This location has helped The White Horse Inn at Compton Bassett to achieve its notoriety as an excellent base for a family holiday, a weekend away for two or somewhere for passing business people to get their head down for the night.
