The cottage is located in the centre of Wye, looking over the village Green. The two double bedroom property has been lovingly renovated and has pops of colour throughout which complements the period features. There is a large kitchen looking onto the private courtyard garden, a spacious dining room and cosy reception room. There is also downstairs shower room with an additional bathroom upstairs as well as a study area leading to both bedrooms. There is no off street parking with the property but parking is available for free within the Village. The Wye Farmers Market takes place every other Saturday on The Green, in front of the property.

There is a great variety of places of eat and drink including The New Flying Horse and Tickled Trout pubs. There are two coffee shops as well as Perry Court Farm Shop. There is also there wonderful Ticketyboo homewares, gifts and jewellery shop. The Co-op store is open 7 days a week and is a short walk from the property. Wye has a train station with regular trains to London and Canterbury as well as Margate. There are also fantastic walks in the village across The North Downs.
