The Thimble static Holiday Home at Glasson Dock , a short walk along the Canal Park to Glasson Marina with cafe, shop, pub. A two mile stretch of canal walk ,home to many bird species.The village is linked by cycleway to historic Lancaster.The Bay cycleway route extends to Morecambe Beach. The Thimble offers spacious light cosy accommodation with Free Wifi hot spot.A light airy living area , Smart TV.French windows leading to decking with patio furniture. A Fitted kitchen, gas cooker large fridge freezer and dining area .Two bedrooms with quality bed linen.Guests provide your own towels. There is a pull out sofa bed in the living room a Jack and Jill shower room with toilet and a further separate toilet. A small park with on site Bar and Sky Sports. A terrace and a covered heated swimming pool. The park has well maintained landscape and attractive garden areas. The local bus service stops out side the front entrance to the Park with links to Lancaster and the Train Station. Glasson Dock Marina Holiday park is one of the most popular holiday home parks in Lancashire There is an 18 hole golf course five minutes away, there are some great pubs a few minutes walk from the park. High Season 3 night minimum stay, Low Season 2 night minimum stay. Seasonal offers also applied. We do believe that this is the perfect place for exploring this part of North West England.

Glasson Dock. Once the largest port in the North West is now a quiet village and marina, just a few minutes drive and a short walk away from Glasson Marina Holiday Park.There is a small village shop tea room and a pub. Glasson Docks is the home of The Port of Lancaster Smokehouse, the factory shop is open 7 days a week on the West Quay Glasson Docks. There are two pubs a short walk along the canal from the Marina Holiday park. Some fabulous walks and places to explore in the area.
