Toft's is situated in Burray, one of the chain of Islands of Orkney, linked by the Churchill Barriers. Its elevated position allows beautiful views of Scapa Flow, and the surrounding countryside. Its spacious rooms are perfect for group bookings, or family bookings. With a double room with an ensuite, a supering room and a twin room, we sleep 6 people. We have a spacious, well equipped kitchen and living room. Burray is a wonderful place to visit. We have a choice of lovely beaches and a great restaurant and public bar. Burray hosts the Orkney Fossil and Heritage Centre, a great museum packed with interesting fossils and archives and artefacts from Orkney's Heritage. There is also a great gift shop. You can also arrange to visit Kerr Carpentry - a bespoke furniture maker who makes beautiful items of furniture, including his famous mirrors, each one is one of a kind. You have sea views from almost every point in Burray, and lots of great walks around the hills and countryside. We often get Orca's and other sea life visitors to the bay at Echna, a view held from Tofts.
