Its a small Annexe the rear of our family home. The Annexe is completely private. The shower room & Kitchenette are down stairs. Up the quirky stairs is the bedsit / dining area with a wonderful view overlooking the Ralia Hills. Truly breathtaking. It has its own back door & access is through our back garden gate. Parking is free down in Ardvonie Carpark at the Dr Surgery. We have dogs but clean the garden daily. Non smokers only. There is no washing machine but the public laundrette is just a 5min walk down the main street. There is an under counter fridge but no freezer. There is so many beautiful walks, a play park, outdoor activities, cafes, COOP, Post Office/shop, a few bars & restaurants all within walking distance. Anything else at all dont hesitate Leona

We are a large family who have 3 wonderful friendly (occasionally vocal) Jack Russell's. We do use our garden daily. We love walking, sports & family time.

We are within a half hour drive from Cairngorm Mountain Resort. Loch Insh is only 15min drive fantastic for outdoor activities, food, bar & new outdoor Sauna. Highland Wildlife Park is 10min drive. The Highland Folk Museum is only 3miles away in Newtonmore. Ita full of history & worth a visit in season. Also in Newtonmore is Cairngorm Alpacas,There is so much to do & see here its beautiful.
