Second (top) floor apartment, centrally and conveniently located in the Spa town of Harrogate. Situated a few minutes walk from Harrogate train and bus stations. The apartment contains three comfortable bedrooms, 2 with king size beds and 1 with double sized bed, all with luxury Egyptian cotton linen professionally laundered. Clean towels are provided. Brand new modern kitchen fully equipped with all necessary essentials including nespresso machine with aeroccino (milk frother), four ring induction hob, multifunction electric fan oven, large fridge freezer, dishwasher, washing machine with dryer, kettle, toaster, microwave oven, full set of cookware, crockery and cutlery. Tea, coffee, sugar, fresh milk, washing machine and dishwasher tablets, washing up liquid, tea towels, kitchen roll and toilet paper are all provided. Breakfast is not included but there are cafes providing excellent breakfasts within 2 minutes walk. Bright and airy living area with two settees, coffee table, large LED TV (FreeviewHD and access to online content) and Blu-ray/DVD player. Dining area with seating for six. Garage parking for one large car which is exclusively for your use, and more parking very nearby (charged). We can provide guests with a travel cot (standard size, the base measures 66cm x 95cm), but please bring your own bedding for the cot. We also keep a pushchair in the garage for your use if you need it.
We have lived in Harrogate for over 25 years. We are delighted to offer guests to the town, our centrally located penthouse apartment to enjoy the area as much as we do. We know Harrogate very well and would be pleased to make any recommendations should anybody need them. There are lots of things to see and discover in this part of Yorkshire.
If you choose to go out, Harrogate centre is right on the doorstep. Plenty of pubs, bars, cafes and shops to visit, all within just a few minutes walk. You can contact me for recommendations. This is an ideal place to stay whilst exploring Harrogate and the surrounding Yorkshire towns and countryside. Harrogate is a quintessential Victorian Spa town with plenty to offer. Set in the heart of Yorkshire, its thriving streets buzz with busy shops and eateries. Possibly the most distinctive feature of Harrogate is its vast open space that surrounds the town centre, known locally as the Stray, at 200 acres this gives Harrogate town centre a green and spacious feel unique to the town. The Stray is two minutes walk away from the apartment.
