Welcome to our 4 bedroom townhouse apartment -   Enjoy the living room, with two comfy sofas, free WiFi, big 50 inch flatscreen TV and Netflix ready to go.   We have three double bedrooms and one twin room, all with brand new beds and memory foam mattresses so eight can sleep comfortably. All located up a quiet side lane off the High Street ensuring a peaceful nights sleep.   With a bathroom downstairs on the bottom landing with bath and another shower room upstairs on the top landing there’s no need for queues in the morning!   Budding chefs will be able to express themselves in the fully equipped kitchen with full gas cooker and plenty of quality cookware.   Outside on the first floor you’ll have access to a outdoor garden space with table & chairs set in an area which can be a fantastic sun trap during the day or a place to sit and enjoy the stars at night.

Neighbourhood information

Montrose City Center with local friendly Pubs and Restaurants just a short walk away. Montrose Golf Links one of the oldest in the world and Montrose Beach are 20 min walk away. With Edzell Golf Course only a short drive away. As well as Montrose Beach we have Lunan Bay Beach which is popular with surfers and walkers just a short drive away. The Angus Glens are perfect for hill walking and cycling. The North Esk River is famous for salmon and sea trout fishing. Not to far away are the Grampian Mountains, Cairngorms National Park, Dunnotar and Glamis Castles, Cities of Aberdeen and Dundee within easy reach by trains leaving from Montrose rail station.
