Montrose City Center with local friendly Pubs and Restaurants just a short walk away. Montrose Golf Links one of the oldest in the world and Montrose Beach are 20 min walk away. With Edzell Golf Course only a short drive away. As well as Montrose Beach we have Lunan Bay Beach which is popular with surfers and walkers just a short drive away. The Angus Glens are perfect for hill walking and cycling. The North Esk River is famous for salmon and sea trout fishing. Not to far away are the Grampian Mountains, Cairngorms National Park, Dunnotar and Glamis Castles, Cities of Aberdeen and Dundee within easy reach by trains leaving from Montrose rail station.
