About this space A caravan converted into a cabin set in the large garden of our home . Please note we do live in a village and we do have neighbours. 2 units on site which are both now on air bnb, our other one is Angies Den & the face each other. The space The space is living area with dining table and kitchen, 2 bedrooms one is a double bed and 2 singles with a quality mattress’s & covers. TV & Central Heating. A table with 4 stools, which can be moved around the room. Seperate bathroom with wc , sink & shower. Toiletries are provided along with fresh towels. Sink, fridge, oven, microwave,kettle & toaster. Cafetiere ,cups ,plates, dishes, glasses & cutelery are also available. Fresh & instant coffee , tea ,sugar and milk supplied. Outside decking area with spectacular views of the sea and rolling countryside, complete with BBQ area ( bbq not supplied ) & garden furniture . Please note we do live in a village , we do have neighbours and at times there could be the sound of children playing . Strictly no noise after 10pm . Wifi is available in the caravan, however one thing to note is that we live in rural Wales and not the city, generally access to the internet its very good but if the bandwidth is overloaded with devices it will be slow and intermittent . We have 3 dogs ,they are French & English Bulldogs and have beautiful temperaments .If you are coming to stay with us you need to be aware that although they are house dogs they do have the run of the whole garden when they want to go out. We live in a small village, we do have neighbours & at times there could be the sound of children playing .

We are 12 minute from Talacre beach & Prestatyn. 15 mins from Rhyl, 30 mins from Llandudno. Please remember when booking you are sharing someone’s home , property , surroundings ! We work throughout the week and we do what we can in our spare time to catch up with jobs in the garden , on occasion it may be nescessary to complete jobs during your stay but we will always try our best not to disturb you too much . We want you to enjoy your stay but Please remember this is our home too !
