This quiet little flat is a first-floor property in a cul-de-sac with allocated parking, located about three-quarters of a mile from the beach (18 minutes walk), ten minutes walk from the supermarket, 15 minutes walk from the train station. all beaches are within 5 minute's drive. The property has a kitchen living space with a small table a large corner sofa with a 55inch flatscreen tv, bedroom has a double bed with a wardrobe and TV, bathroom has a large shower with a drench head, Local amenities include: Newquay zoo swimming pool beaches supermarket Town centre
I will always be on hand to answer questions and help with any problems as i would like everyone to enjoy their trip to Newquay as much as I enjoy living here.
Located on a small residential road the area is quiet and not busy, being a little out of town the neighbours are quiet and considerate and lovely people.
