Beautiful Victorian ground and basement flat, in amazing location, close to Margate. This Modern, cosy space is designed for a beach trip with a village feel. A quiet street, in trendy, charming area inc.some of the best bars, restaurants, beaches, coastal walks in Thanet, all within walking distance. Train links to London and surrounding areas, within a 2 minute walk. The home offers 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms and sleeps 6 guests. Boasting outdoor space to dine and 2 minute walks to the beach!

I am a 63 years old and married with 3 children, i live in Birchington near Canterbury which is only 3 miles away and have run my own building business for 30 years.

Village. close to Margate. Walking distance to Blue Flag beach. Trendy bars and restaurants. 2 Minute walk to Westgate-On-Sea train station and only one stop to Margate. Close to some of the finest golf courses in the South East. Including Royal St Georges. Family friendly! Coastal walks, train station with links to Margate, buses and bike hire in Minnis Bay and Margate. Open top bus running from Ramsgate to Broadstairs in peak season.
