Situated in the woodland grounds of Tolroy Manor Holiday Park, just south of Hayle, Trevithick 46 is a delightful six bed lodge in an excellent location for exploring west Cornwall with a short drive to Hayle town, golden sand beaches and the picturesque towns of St Ives and Penzance. Nestled among the trees and grass areas, Trevithick 46 is ideally located close to free parking areas and the parks facilities. *Please note facilities are open March to October only. To the front of the property Trevithick 46 boasts a spacious private patio area with a large table and seating for guests to enjoy, you are also welcome to bring and use your own barbecue if desired. Stylish seating, wall mounted smart TV and mood lighting makes evenings in Trevithick 46 cosy and relaxing for the whole family. Trevithick 46 benefits from a ground floor cloak room with wc and wash basin ideally positioned next to a single bedroom. *Please note, this bedroom also has a single double glazed external door with a thumb lock, leading to a small open grassed area at the back of the property. The master bedroom has a king size bed, large flat screen tv, drawers and hanging space. Throw open the double doors at the foot of the bed onto your own private balcony overlooking the front of the property, where you can sit and enjoy the relaxing sounds of nature and watch the resident squirrels scurry through the trees. A further double bed and single bed share the third bedroom giving a great space for both adults and children. Trevithick 46 benefits from double glazed windows and doors throughout and bedrooms are fitted with electric panel heaters each with individual controls. Beds will be dressed before your arrival with fresh towels for each guest to use, we do ask for these towels to only be used within the property, please bring your own towels to use on beaches or in swimming pool areas. Thank you. All in all a great destination for a fun packed holiday for the whole family to enjoy!
During lockdown, Trevithick 46 became the permanent residence of its owner Mr Tony Gatta and his dog LuLu, allowing him to be within a short distance of his highly rated local family favourite restaurant, The Terrace, located in the town of Hayle. Mr Gattas interests in abstract and contemporary artwork along with fine antique furniture is reflected throughout the property creating a cosy home full of charm and character.
