Well travelled with great attention to detail we are continually looking at how we can make twelve as comfortable as possible for our guests, every year we re-invest to ensure the apartments keep the 3 star standard that has been awarded and that guests return.

Property information

Purchased in January 2019, Twelve has being updated to offer "AA" rated 3 Star accommodation for the family market.

Neighbourhood information

Loctaed just a few yards off Queens Promenade on King Edward Avenue, the location is ideal for people wanting to be near the sea and in season watch the world famous illuminations, The road itself is a mix of independant guest houses and small blocks of holiday apartments. One mile from the town centre. un-restricted parking is available and we are close to two tram stops.
