Ty Gwartheg consists of a kitchen with a dining area housing two electric ovens, a 5-ring hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine and dishwasher, along with a sitting room with a TV, DVD player and Hi-Fi. The bedrooms consist of two ground-floor king-size doubles, one ground-floor children’s bunk room, and a first-floor room with four singles (limited headroom). There is a ground-floor bathroom with a bath, shower over, basin and WC, and a separate shower room with a cubicle, WC and basin. Outside, there is a lawned area to the front of the cottage with garden furniture and off-road parking for two cars. Within 1 mile, you will find a shop and pub, and within 0.5 miles, the coast. Fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Three well-behaved dogs are welcome for an additional charge, with more considered on discussion with the owners. Sorry, no smoking.
