Neighbourhood information

Beaumaris is a well-known historic town on Anglesey's Isle of Anglesey, located on the Menai Strait and facing the Snowdonia Mountain range, which makes for a spectacular dawn. It is also recognised as a major yachting centre, with its mediaeval castle (now a World Heritage site) dating back to Edward I's reign and its Victorian pier, jail, and courthouse. Beaumaris is steeped in history and retains a significant portion of its mediaeval street plan.
