Tŷ Kinik, set over three floors, offers four bedrooms: a double with Smart TV, a second-floor double, a second-floor single suitable for a child, and a bunk room that accommodates one adult or two children. The property features a bathroom with a bath, shower over, basin, heated towel rail, and WC, alongside a well-equipped kitchen/diner and a sitting room. With gas central heating, the home includes an electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge with ice-box, washing machine, dishwasher, coffee machine, 2 Smart TVs, WiFi, Alexas, and a selection of books and games. Roadside parking available on a first-come-first-serve basis. Two well-behaved dogs are welcome, but must be kept downstairs. The property is non-smoking, and is close to local amenities with a shop, pub, and the River Dee just 0.1 miles away. The beautiful Vale of Llangollen, with its dramatic mountain backdrop and boulder-strewn River Dee is the setting for this pretty tourist town, internationally famous for its Musical Eisteddfod. Explore the green valley by steam train or canal boat, or take an exhilarating walk up to Castell Dinas Brân, high above the town, in order to enjoy the breathtaking view. Llangollen offers a good range of pubs and restaurants, as well as many interesting shops. Keep entertained with an exhilarating trip whitewater rafting down the River Dee, followed by an adventurous Mountain Bike ride in Llandegla, or for a more leisurely experience, unwind with a relaxing afternoon in one of the local spas! The National Trust properties of Chirk Castle and Erddig are within easy driving distance, while a day-long car trail can take you to visit six of the ‘Seven Wonders of Wales’. Offa’s Dyke Path passes nearby and boasts pleasant walking along the crest of the Clwyd hills, plus the famous Pontcysyllte Aqueduct, a World Heritage Site, is 5 miles away, and Snowdonia is less than an hour’s drive.
