This quirky, unusual apartment is actually floating on the water. From the balcony the views over the Marina are amazing. The space is open plan and split over two levels. It is uniquely decorated in an exciting fusion of styles.
Imagine an old dockside warehouse, but with contrasting elegant and beautiful period furniture and furnishings.
This is an amazing space, perfect for people who are looking for something different and exciting.
With stunning original decor and an amazing view, it is like being in your own unique world.
The views as the sun sets are incredible, Through the large patio doors, and from the balcony that overlooks the boats in the marina.
Please note because the whole apartment block is floating, it rises and falls with the tide. This happens so slowly you do not really notice any movement. When the wind gets stronger however, the structure sways gently, For most people this will be barely noticeable but in really rough weather it certainly will be.
Free parking provided in the marina car park, which is about 5-7 minutes walk away. It is possible to drive to within 150m of the apartment to unload before going to park. Full instructions are provided
