Welcome to our unique central location 2 bedroom self contained studio apartment boasting loads of space, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and open kitchen/living area. Really modern, spotless and cosy. The neighbourhood is very quiet, in a well sought after area of Motherwell. Your acomodcation consists of: King size bedroom with King size bed, Double fitted wardrobe, private En Suite with large walk in shower and Tv. Bedroom 2 with single bed and work desk. Stunning Bathroom - get the bubbles filled and unwind. Open plan studio kitchen with Oven, microwave, kettle, coffee machine, all cooking equipment. Integrated modern breakfast bar. Studio Living room area with comfortable seating and relaxing environment to unwind and enjoy a well deserved glass of wine whilst watching your 50" smart Tv with wifi. Parking - along the driveway, car can be taken to the back of the house for easy unpacking. Patio area - with patio furniture Shampoo, conditioner, shower gel and bubble bath all provided, and all kitchen cleaning essentials. Washing machine, iron and hairdryer available for use. Fresh bed linen and towels provided. CCTV around the outside of the building for added security.
