This first-floor apartment has two bedrooms, a double and a single, along with a bathroom, a kitchen and a living/dining room. Appliances include a gas oven and hob, microwave, and a small fridge/freezer, and for entertainment there is a Smart TV with Apple TV, WiFi, and a selection of books. A travel cot and highchair are available and fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the rent. Outside, there is off-road parking for two cars and a rear private courtyard garden with a gravelled area and picnic table. Two well-behaved dogs are welcome (a 25 charge for the 2nd dog applies), however no smoking allowed. Find a shop and pub in 0.1 mile. Note: There are seven concrete steps up to the front door and the garden is not enclosed. Valley View is a convenient apartment in a lovely area of Devon.

Bishopsteignton is a civil parish in Devon between Teignmouth and Kingsteignton. The settlement is near to the Teign Estuary, where walking and birdwatching may be enjoyed, as well as the Down Steps beach. Teignmouth Golf Course, Ashcombe Adventure Centre, and Ideford Common are also nearby. The hamlet boasts a decent number of dining alternatives, including the Cockhaven Arms, Old Commercial Inn, and The Ring of Bells, which provide classic pub cuisine with local ale. The village also features a convenience store/newsstand where guests may pick up basics.
