Welcome to my two-bedroom duplex apartment located in Malvern. You will find Flat 4 Vaughan Lodge standing on the eastern slopes of the Malvern Hills and within close proximity to the Three Counties Showground. This apartment is located adjacent to woodland and has breath-taking views over the Malvern Hills, making it the perfect place to escape to the countryside.
You will be greeted by a small hallway with a staircase up to the first floor. Here you will find a spacious and modern fitted kitchen which is fully equipped with everything you should need for your stay. You will also find a dining area, reading area and also a cosy living area - perfect for those relaxing evenings. If you fancy some al-fresco dining, you can enjoy the private garden as it hosts outdoor dining furniture for you and your guests to enjoy a drink or two.
On the second floor you will find two bedrooms both accommodating a king size bed. There is also a main bathroom which has a separate shower and bath so you can relax and unwind whilst taking in the views.
Wi-Fi is complimentary and available to use throughout your stay.
PLEASE NOTE: There is not a lift available. Access between floors is via stairs only.
PLEASE NOTE: This apartment does not have any allocated parking. Wells Road (where the apartment is located) has ample free on-road street parking.

Vaughan Lodge enjoys a convenient position approximately two miles south of Great Malvern where there is a comprehensive range of amenities including shops and banks, Waitrose supermarket, the renowned theatre and cinema complex and the Splash Leisure Complex and gymnasium. There is a local Spa store and service station nearby. Vaughan Lodge is an elegant three storey period house, which is believed to date back to the early 1800s with Regency and early Victorian origins. It stands on the eastern slopes of the Malvern Hills adjacent to woodland.
Transport communications are well catered for with a mainline railway station at Great Malvern & Malvern Link. Junction 1 of the M50 at Upton and Junction 7 of the M5 motorway at Worcester are both within approximately 10 miles. There is also a bus stop 330 yards from the apartment for Great Malvern.
