A stylish Victorian house with free on-street parking, is perfect for couples looking for a relaxing getaway close to sandy shores, parks, art and historic places OR wanting to join the local festivals. It is literally minutes walk to the fine sandy beach, the coastal path to Broadstairs and Margate with lots of amenities and transport options nearby. We are only few minutes walk to the town centre, cafes, restaurants, shops and lots of historic places. We have 2 guest rooms. The Green Room has a double bed - it is located on the ground floor, next to the sitting room, the shower room, and right by the entrance of the house convenient to guests. The Pink Room has a sofa bed that can be turned into a double. The room is a bit larger, and it is on the first floor. PLEASE NOTE: * If both rooms are booked then the guests share the shower room on the ground floor, and all its amenities and facilities. * The kitchen and its amenities and facilities are also shared. * The garden and outdoor seating area are also shared.

We are a professional couple in our 50s. We also rent long-term rental properties.
