Stylish, contemporary, cozy two-bedroom house in a quiet location just 12 mins walk to station, 20 mins to the city and York's many attractions and 20 mins to walk to racecourse. TV, WiFi and all mod cons. Lovely private rear paved and decked garden.
Hi, I’m Annette and this is my part-time home, hence you will find my possessions around the place and in the wardrobe in one of the bedrooms. Please feel free to play the records, games and read the books etc but please take care of them!
It’s a nice neighbourhood in a quiet cul de sac with occasional sounds from the trains (and steam engines!) which are hardly audible from inside due to triple glazing. Please respect the neighbours and don’t play loud music etc after 11pm. Thank you
