Adliv Host was established in 2020 after successfully managing our own holiday let properties for a couple of years. Adliv Host is run by a Husband and Wife Team who both live in the local area. All guest communication is handled by them personally to ensure the best service is delivered at all times. What to expect when you book with us…. Upon booking, you will receive an email with the steps that you need to complete to confirm the booking. You will find secure links within the email to complete your booking. We do require all stays pay a refundable damage deposit of 200 hundred pounds. Assuming no damage has been caused to the property during your stay, this deposit is fully refunded after the property has been cleaned and inspected after check out. You can expect to see your refunded deposit back in your account within 5-10 working days (timing depends on who you bank with.) We also require the lead guest to sign and agree to our T&C’s and upload a copy of either their driving licence or passport for verification to our secure system. We allow 1 small dog but does incur a forty pound additional fee upon booking. Please ensure you make us aware that you will be bringing a dog upon booking. We strive for all of our guests to have a 5-star stay so if you feel that your stay can be improved in anyway, please make sure you reach out to us.

Stunning lower ground floor garden apartment in a peaceful setting, 50 metres from Walpole bay & tidal pool. 2 double bedrooms arranged as 1 king and 2 twins or 2 kings. Bright open plan living room + stylish kitchen, full integrated appliances and a newly decorated bathroom with bath and shower. The apartment is located within the basement area of the block therefore you will need to use stairs. There is no lift available in the block.

The apartment is opposite the Walpole Tidal pool which is the UK's largest tidal pool. It is a great location for anyone who is looking to venture into Margate and Cliftonville-take a leisurely walk along the cliff tops in Margate (15-20 min walk) or a 5 minute walk onto Northdown Road to stroll around the cafes, bars and shops.
