The fine print
PLEASE NOTE – Façade works are currently being undertaken to Puffin House, which lies across the road from Guillemot House. The works are being carried out between 8am and 5pm, Monday to Friday. It is possible that you will hear some noise and you may see workmen on the adjacent site. The works on the development are underway and scheduled to run until the end of October 2025.
