Our four unique and lovingly converted lakeside farmstays are filled with all the gorgeous interiors and home-from-home comforts you could wish for, plus lots of extra little touches to make your time with us truly special. Think sumptuous bed linens, soft-fluffy gowns, proper coffee, smart TVs and even a few treats for your dog. Admire the birds on our fishing lakes from your patio, explore our peaceful farmland or enjoy a drink at the delightful village pub, just a hop, skip and a jump down the lane. The memories of your stay at Elmbridge will linger long after your holiday ends.

Perfect for couples, our one-bedroom lodge has a huge walk-in shower, a generous super king bedroom with a lake view, and a fully equipped kitchen. Warbler's sofa bed can sleep two additional guests in a private cove to the back. Although ideal for two, there's plenty of space for two extra guests to sleep in the comfy sofa bed in the additional quiet lounge area. The open-plan living room with lounge, dining area and kitchen all overlook the picturesque lake and lead onto a generous-sized patio with furniture and a barbecue. The fully-equipped kitchen has an American fridge freezer, granite worktops, induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine.
