Waterloo Lodge Is a large semi-detached house perfectly located to explore Norwich and the surrounding area. It is on a main bus route into the city centre, alternatively it is only a 15 minutes if you feel like walking. The house is bright and airy with views over Norwich. There is parking for 2 large cars/vans at the front of the property which is free, there is also plenty of free on street parking. The property has free wi-fi throughout and also benefits from a large screen smart tv so you can log in with your personal Netflix account etc. The bathroom has a bath and a separate shower cubicle for your convenience. There is a utility room with washing machine and airing/ironing facilities. The kitchen/diner has a fully equipped kitchen with fan oven, hob, extractor, microwave oven, toaster and sink/drainer. There is a dining table with seating for six people. The property does not have a garden or patio area, but does have the benefit of having Waterloo park only 100 metres away with its beautiful pavilion, tennis courts open to the public and fantastic play area for the children including a splash area.
