The welcome book located in the house will provide you with many recommendations on your arrival, or please request beforehand. This beautiful 3 bedroom house is in an excellent location, just a 10 minute drive from the very centre of Chester and 5 minutes from Chester Train Station. The house is also only 5 minutes from Chester Zoo! Perfect for families, groups of friends and business professionals alike. ★Dogs are allowed to stay for a surcharge of forty pounds per stay. Dogs must not be left unattended or allowed upstairs/on furniture. Please let us know upon booking if you intend to bring a dog :) ★The apartment itself boasts a comfortable and stylish living room with a smart TV. The open plan living space also contains a dining area, a well equipped kitchen and a downstairs toilet. ★For the warmer months there is also a secluded garden at the rear, complete with outdoor furniture. ★Upstairs you will find a double bedroom, a single bedroom and also a super-king room (this bed can be split into singles upon request). All bedrooms are complete with fresh white linen, clean towels and elegant finishing touches. ★The house also contains a modern family bathroom with a separate bath and shower cubicle. ★There is a private driveway with space for 1 car. If you have a second car, parking is un-restricted on the road outside the house.

★The property is not only in the heart of Chester city centre, but it is also a close proximity to Cheshire Oaks designer outlet village and the City of Liverpool with its rich maritime history. ★With river bank walks, shopping, sight-seeing, good food and nightlife within a short walk, you will be kept busy, but will have a relaxing home to come back to after a long day!
