Property information

Maisonette with 3 bedrooms, 6 beds and 2.5 bathrooms making it great digs for contractors and a home-from-home for families! Linen, towels and hairdryer are provided for your convenience. A fully equipped kitchen, with all the facilities you need are at your disposal, including a washing machine and clothes airing racks. An iron and ironing board are also available. Property is very well located with shops and takeaway's on the doorstep. Newcastle, Sunderland and Durham are easily accessible. We have strict over 25's policy. All guests are required to pay a refundable security deposit, read and sign the terms of agreement and provide a form of valid I.D. This is via our own booking link and will be sent once the booing is confrmed.
