Berrygate home Wherstead road is ideal for guests who have come to visit the area for long or short breaks all year round. Walking distance to Ipswich city centre and Ipswich Waterfront is a cultural and historic area surrounding the marina in the town of Ipswich. The Corn Exchange, the Wolsey Theatre rarely disappoint, and for a soccer fan, a match at the legendary Portman Road Stadium can be something of a pilgrimage. Particularly impressive is the Regent Theatre opened in 1929

Wherstead Road in a predominantly residential area and provides access to the A14, A137a. Berrygate house is not far from top attractions like Ipswich Waterfront, Ipswich Transport Museum Christchurch Park. The house is within close proximity to University of Suffolk Berrygate house is 12 minute walk to town centre and 15 minutes walk to Ipswich train station. The area is walking distance to the waterfront with scenic view of the dock.
